Tune up your skills, earn credits, WIN BIG!

Welcome to Max Control, the exciting new competition that is set to crown Somerset’s champion young driver of 2010.

If you're under 25 on August 1st 2010, live in Somerset and hold a valid car driver's licence then we hope you'll take part. Once you've signed up, you can gain credits in return for completing a range of activities. At the closing date (4th June 2010), the 10 highest scorers  will go head to head in the Grand Final, and the overall winner will be crowned Max Control Champion and win a brand new Renault Clio!

Activities

Start earning credits by taking part in a range of activities. It’s up to you which you choose. Some you will have to pay to take part in, others are absolutely free (none are compulsory).

More new activities will be added during the competition, so make sure you keep checking the website for the latest activities and events (if you're registered as an entrant, we’ll  email you with news and updates, to let you know what's coming up).

Go Karting

A session at the Indoor Raceway in Cheddar, run in conjunction with the Avon and Somerset Police. The 2.5 hour session includes a mix of instruction, lap practice and some advice on how to use the skills you've learnt out on the road. Sessions cost £25 and are available from October 2009 - June 4th 2010 and are subject to availability.
